雙轉機連續密煉機混煉法必須嚴格遵守配合劑的加入順序、混煉溫度、混煉時間等工藝條件的要求,同時還應注意上項栓的壓力及上頂栓在混煉過程中的位置。相對于二段或多段混煉法,節省了每段之間的壓片冷卻與停放時間,提高了生產效率,降低了混煉膠的制造成本。但前提是對密煉機性能(主要是冷卻能力、調速能力和溫控能力)要求較高,并且要有足夠的混煉時間以達到所要求的分散程度。混煉法缺點是:制備出的混煉膠料可塑度較低(門尼粘度較高),炭等配合劑有時不易分散均均,容易產生焦燒危險,硫化膠的物理機械性能相對較低。
混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)法與一(yi)(yi)(yi)段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)法基(ji)本相同,只(zhi)是(shi)不(bu)含有硫(liu)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)及(ji)活性大的促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)。先制(zhi)(zhi)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(通(tong)常稱為母煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)),然(ran)后下片冷卻停(ting)放一(yi)(yi)(yi)段(duan)(duan)時間(jian)(-般在(zai)16h以上(shang))。為了(le)使炭黑更(geng)好(hao)地在(zai)橡膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)中分散,并提高生(sheng)產效率,通(tong)常采(cai)用快(kuai)速(40r/min以上(shang))密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)來制(zhi)(zhi)備-段(duan)(duan)母煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),有時也(ye)將母煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的制(zhi)(zhi)備過程(cheng)與塑煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)過程(cheng)結(jie)合并起(qi)來進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)。后的二(er)(er)段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)是(shi)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)-段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的基(ji)礎上(shang),再加入硫(liu)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)、促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)等剩余配合劑(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)補充(chong)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。二(er)(er)段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)可以在(zai)密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)上(shang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)也(ye)可在(zai)開煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)上(shang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)。通(tong)常采(cai)用慢速密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)或捏煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)二(er)(er)段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),以便在(zai)較低的溫度下加入硫(liu)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)與促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji),并具有較高的生(sheng)產效率。在(zai)密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)中進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)的二(er)(er)段(duan)(duan)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)時間(jian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)般為2-4min。
一(yi)(yi)段混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)法(fa)是(shi)指一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)性完成所有(you)配合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)加入(ru)而制備(bei)混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)的(de)方(fang)法(fa),常(chang)用(yong)于制備(bei)那些(xie)焦燒(shao)(shao)性能好(hao)、不(bu)含(han)(han)或(huo)只含(han)(han)少量活性配合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)膠(jiao)料(liao)(liao)。為使混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)中(zhong)膠(jiao)料(liao)(liao)溫度(du)(du)不(bu)致上(shang)升(sheng)過快(kuai),-般在(zai)(zai)(zai)密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)機中(zhong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)一(yi)(yi)段低速混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)。其方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)依次(ci)(ci)往塑煉(lian)(lian)好(hao)的(de)生(sheng)膠(jiao)中(zhong)加入(ru)配合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(包括填料(liao)(liao)、操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)油、硫(liu)(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、促進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)等)。混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)周期(qi)根據膠(jiao)料(liao)(liao)特性及轉子轉速而定。一(yi)(yi)段混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)時,-般在(zai)(zai)(zai)密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)機結束前(qian)約60s內加入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與促進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),或(huo)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)排料(liao)(liao)后(hou)的(de)下片在(zai)(zai)(zai)開(kai)煉(lian)(lian)機上(shang)加硫(liu)(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與促進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。但無(wu)論采用(yong)哪(na)一(yi)(yi)種方(fang)式加入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與促進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)時的(de)混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)溫度(du)(du)必須控制在(zai)(zai)(zai)110度(du)(du)(硫(liu)(liu)磺與促進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體系(xi))或(huo)120度(du)(du)(DCP硫(liu)(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)體系(xi))以(yi)下,以(yi)防(fang)膠(jiao)料(liao)(liao)焦燒(shao)(shao),并(bing)(bing)且要根據不(bu)同的(de)硫(liu)(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)體系(xi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)調整(zheng)。不(bu)易分散的(de)配合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)或(huo)用(yong)量較小的(de)配合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),通常(chang)均(jun)可(ke)制備(bei)成各種母(mu)膠(jiao)顆粒或(huo)油膏狀混(hun)合(he)物,以(yi)方(fang)便加入(ru)并(bing)(bing)快(kuai)速混(hun)入(ru)膠(jiao)中(zhong)。
